Refund Policy

  • In case the tour is cancelled 48 hours prior, refund can be done for the same.
  • A 50% refund will be applied in case the tour is cancelled within 24 hours to 48 hours prior to the tour date.
  • In case of a No Show 100% charges will apply and no refunds will be done.

Amendment Policy

  • Any kind of service amendment done 48 hrs prior to the service date, no charges will apply.
  • This policy is subject to service chosen, detailed policy is listed against each service kindly check each respective service for different service policies

Cancellation

  • If trip cancelled 48 hrs prior to the tour date, no cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • If trip cancelled within 24 to 48 hrs prior to the tour date, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • If trip cancelled 24 hrs prior to the tour date, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • If the payment is done by credit card online then there will be a charge of 5% (online service charge) for refunding the money back.
  • Please note that gift certificates are both non-refundable and non-cancellable.
